Applying Callory Diet In Your Daily Workout

How i wish to continue my fitness with a new workout scheme. Applying callory burning as a basis in my exercise. How?

1) Trademill Walking.
5 minutes trademill walking with 7 time incline and 7.1 km per hour speed will burn your callory around 50 to 60 kcal.
BEST for warm up to avoid muscle cram.

2) Trademill Running.
15 minutes running with 9.7 km per hour for 1st 5 minutes, 10.1 km per hour for the 10th minutes and 10.7 km per hour for the 15th minutes will burn your callories around 150 to 200 kcal callories.
BEST For fat breaking muscle firming session.

3) Cycling.
20 minutes cycling with the average 33.2 km per hour of speed will burn your callories around 600 to 800 kcal, but all will depend on your body stamina and metabolisme.
BEST for fat burning and weight optimizing.

You will loose weight if you are consistently practise the above workout. Passion will always the best support.
